Universal Companies Undergoes Rebranding and Renewal
When most people think of rebranding, they think “new logo.” For us, it’s more heartfelt–it has deeper meaning than an updated look for our company. In fact, it’s not really about our company.
We wanted to visually communicate spa, wellness, and the nurturing environment you provide to your clients every day. (Yes, you’re part of the inspiration behind our new look!) Providing a peaceful haven and fostering self-care–it’s why you do what you do, so reflecting that in soft hues and clean, classic imagery was important as we worked on design elements and photography.
Additionally, we chose to illustrate our primary passion: service to you. It’s why we do what we do. There’s no greater pleasure for us than helping you grow your businesses. So you’ll hear elements of joy in our voice, and you’ll see openness in our typography.
Yet while we were pleased with our updated look, we knew that our website needed work. Over the last year, we’ve been working hard to create a new mobile-friendly website that’ll deliver a robust, customer-centric experience. Our goal is to ensure easier access to education, order history, equipment research, and account management. (The new site is coming soon–we promise!)
Karen Short, CEO, Universal Companies
One last piece of good news– we have a new CEO! Karen Short joined Universal Companies in 2010 as VP of sales and marketing. Having an extensive background in executive leadership in the hospitality industry, Karen offers a renewed commitment to building a customer-focused culture so you always know that you come first.
While Karen is at the helm of these big changes, you’re at the heart of them. When you see our updated look and visit our new website, remember that these improvements were made for you. It really comes down to this philosophy: Our business is good when your business is better.
