No matter where you look, inspiration is all around us. From the beauty of nature to the accomplishments of others, taking a few moments each day to reflect on what inspires you can make a big difference in your life. With the right mindset and dedication, anyone can unlock their creativity and productivity while feeling satisfied with their accomplishments.

Those lazy dog days of summer have arrived, yet we find ourselves still busy at work and continue trying to master the art of balancing work with our personal life. It’s easy to get stuck in a cycle of playing catch up in the evenings, whether it be taking work home, caring for our family, personal errands or binging on a TV show we simply can’t give up. Sleep can easily become an afterthought, until the next day, when we wake up and our mind feels cloudy, our body sluggish and our skin looking a bit dull. What if we put some of those things off until the next day?

At our recent FSA event in Tampa, it was heartwarming to see so many friendly faces join us. Meeting up with spa peers and resource partners as well as meeting so many new people was exuberant. These events never cease to inspire me. With each event, I take away countless moments of joy and appreciation for everyone that participates and finds their day to be productive and enjoyable.

Your values are a reflection of who you are and what is important to you. When you prioritize your values, it can help guide many of your decisions in life, such as which job or career path to pursue. It also allows you to clearly define the goals that matter most to you, and how you want to go about achieving them. Being aware of your values is an important step in creating a life that is meaningful and aligned with what you truly want and need. Additionally, it can help you identify areas of your life where there may be conflict between what you value and how you’re living day to day.

February is a special month. It’s a time we express our love, care and appreciation towards family, friends and significant others. Whether it be sending thoughtful cards or heartfelt letters, romantic dinners or setting aside quality time to spend together—it’s all equally important.

January 1st is a time for reflection and renewal. It’s a moment to look back on the successes of the previous year, as well as to set new goals and aspirations for the coming months. It’s an opportunity to start fresh with renewed energy and enthusiasm. It’s a chance to make an effort to become the best version of ourselves. Whether it’s hitting the gym more often, learning new skills, or simply spending more quality time with loved ones – this day is a reminder that we can all strive for improvement.

This holiday season, I’d like to start by thanking all our loyal readers. It has been my pleasure to share the latest news and developments within our community this past year. I’m thankful for your continued support and feedback. Your appreciation has been an invaluable source of inspiration that keeps me motivated in my mission to deliver our readers with community updates in Florida, relevant content and meaningful information.

It’s that time of year again where I find myself juggling work and family commitments. High season in Florida is upon us and although I find it all very exhilarating, it is a very busy and hectic time for everyone as we plan for the holidays and the New Year. There are times that I get so entrenched in work that I have to remind myself of the importance of balance that needs to transpire within.

Losing a friend, family member or colleague is one of the toughest experiences we can go through. We are all feeling the pain of loss at the recent passing of our friend David Bremer which has hit us hard and sent shock waves throughout our spa community.

Goodbye Summer…..hello holidays, busy season is around the corner!

As we say goodbye to summer, in Florida it never quite seems to take on the colorful amber character of Fall as in other states. Weather continues its wrath of hot days followed by heavy rains. But we do start to feel that twinge of festivities as we anticipate the holidays coming upon us.

The FSA “VACAY” event is just around the corner and we are so excited to get together once again, for our 5th anniversary at the Ocean Reef Club…..this time back to pre-covid, “VACAY”mode. After 2 years of riding the pandemic roller coaster, we are happily reuniting, with a fist bump, handshake or a hug……mask or no mask, it’s a personal preference. Most important is we’re getting together and we are elated!

Personally I love July and not just because it’s my birth month…. it’s also when we finalize our FSA summer events, this year at the Ocean Reef Club for the 5th time, which is a wonderful ride as we get to create an experience that our attendees will never forget. But mostly because Miami welcomes Spa Month starting in July through August. Spa Month marks the summer as being even hotter in Miami, not signifying the temperature.
