Meet Spa Award Winners this month!

Caitlin Arpin, Director of Spa, Executive Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Orlando

Congratulations to Caitlin on her new position as Director of Spa at the Gaylord Palms Resort. Prior to this exciting new role, Caitlin was Director of Spa and Retail at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate for well over 5 years. Having come full circle, Caitlin has returned to the Gaylord Palms Resorts after first starting in 2008 as Front Desk Agent and working her way up to Lead Concierge, then Spa Supervisor and finally taking a department head role as Director of Spa over the course of 5 ½ years. What an amazing accomplishment! We wish Caitlin all best of luck on her new job that is so well deserved. Bravo Caitlin!

An accomplished team builder having started as a Spa Director at Trump International Beach Resort in 2003, and working with several high profile spas, elevating her position, Laura has proven herself to be a savvy and skillful leader. Dawn MacLellan, Director of Spa & Salon, St. Andrews Country Club, Boca Raton

Congratulations to Dawn for being elected by the International Spa Association (ISPA) membership to serve as a member of the ISPA Board of Directors. Dawn will officially begin her term at the first official meeting following the recent 2019 ISPA Conference & Expo. Dawn was selected for this volunteer role following an extensive nomination and interview process. She has been a member of ISPA since 2009. This award honors a woman who is making an altruistic impact on a charity or cause within the spa and wellness industry. Although Delia has her hands full heading up FarmHouse Fresh, she continues to advocate for her furry four-legged friends. When not traveling for work or pleasure, Delia is busy rescuing dogs. “Delia has unlimited compassion for animals and immediately dives in head-first to help.” Altruistic and big-hearted, what a humane undertaking. So inspiring, Delia!
