- On June 12, 2017
Global Wellness Day was celebrated this past Saturday on June 10th around the world. It was a day created to honor our health and bodies, raise awareness and pay it forward. All of us would like to be healthier and live well both physically and spiritually. This dream is shared around the world and This June 10th was the day of recognition. Many of our Florida Spas were involved in events that honored and said “YES” to Global Wellness Day.
The main goals of the day were:
- To recognize the value of our lives
- To pause and think, even if for just one day of the year
- To be free from the stress of everyday city life and bad habits
- To make peace with ourselves
- To raise awareness about living well and increase motivation, not just for today, but for the remaining 364 days of the year

With fitness on the agenda, the FSA WAVE program continued by having everyone proceed to the Bonita Bay 18,000 square foot Fitness Facility where our guests experienced “The Orbit of Wellness”. This consisted of three (3) fitness experiences which included spin, yoga, stretch and omnia/kinesis. With a shot of healthy smoothies to start their workout, our spa leaders, vendors, and guests participated and broke a sweat!!
