As an active member of the Florida Spa Association you are presented with ever growing benefits, tools and added value designed to help you achieve success in today’s competitive marketplace. Throughout the year, the FSA offers new networking venues, educational opportunities in the form of special sponsorships, advertising opportunities as well as sponsored luncheons that allow you to host and present to a built-in audience, up-to-date industry information such as the latest spa members looking to increase their product assortment and access to decision-makers. Our social media access and website also continues to serve as an excellent resource for all our members to gain additional information and exposure. With new networking venues, educational opportunities and valuable contacts to connect with, you will be positioned to achieve business excellence and success in today’s changing marketplace.

I. Exhibiting Member
- 4 Annual Networking/Educational Events
- Members have several sponsorship opportunities to exhibit at each event. Exhibit prices are based on venue and vary in cost.
- As some events may sell out, exhibit tables are based on the room capacity of the venue and will be based on a first come/first served placement.
- Exhibiting member attendee is based on the event. Additional attendee fees may apply.
- Door Fees are subject to change based on the venue
- Spa Gift Giving Bags, Raffles and Gift Baskets will be permitted at each event and limited to only exhibiting/sponsoring vendors.
- Opportunity to showcase your brand at a premium table *Price based on event type and format
- Recap of event and spa attendance list provided to exhibit/sponsoring vendor member will be sent within three (3) days following the event.
II. Non Exhibiting Member:
- Attendance at our four (4) events for a non-exhibiting/non-sponsoring vendor may be limited based on turnout guidelines authorized by the venue/property.
- If the event is sold out, attendance at our four (4) events will be limited for a non-exhibiting/non-sponsoring vendor. Attendance is still encouraged but limited to afternoon networking hours of the event and evening social.
- In the case of a non-sponsoring member, there will be a door fee implemented for a limit of two (2) attendees employed by the FSA member’s organization. A door fee per person will apply for each guest
- Opportunity for non-exhibiting/sponsoring vendors to contribute to the Gift Giving Bags including company literature are available.

- Opportunity to sponsor a private luncheon. Luncheons are attended by spa professionals including FSA board members.
- Cost for sponsoring a private luncheon will be determined according to venue.
- Sponsored luncheons are coordinated by the FSA
- Vendors have the opportunity to feature company products and highlights
- Invitations are determined by the FSA with consideration of specific attendees requested by the sponsoring vendor.

Will I get sales as a result of my membership?
This is one of the most common questions asked to the FSA. As with any association, we cannot guarantee business, however, we serve as a platform to make a valuable connection with a business you may otherwise not have the opportunity to meet with on such an intimate level. The FSA gives YOU the ammunition to create opportunities to present, create partnerships and build those relationships into a situation in which your company will benefit. The FSA cannot guarantee that your sales will increase as a result of membership, but we know that you will have the opportunity to pursue new business as a result of these new FSA connections.
What Sponsorship Opportunities are available to me?
- Sponsorship opportunities to Quarterly Events
Vendor members will have the opportunity for Platinum, Gold or Silver sponsorships at our annual events. Sponsorship will include company presentation, highlighting, marketing, social media, gifting, and recognition at the event depending on the level of sponsorship. - Sponsorship opportunities for Private Events
Vendors will have the opportunity to be the Headline Sponsor at a private event hosted by a spa member or held at a private venue. *Cost is determined based on the venue and availability. The sponsoring vendor receives benefits such as: social media exposure, FSA website feature, brand exposure through logo inclusion in the invitation, marketing materials for that event, and the opportunity to provide goody bags, raffles, and/or gift baskets. - Sponsored Luncheon Opportunities
Vendors are presented with opportunities to sponsor private luncheons. Luncheons are held at a restaurant or private venue and attended by spa directors and managers including FSA board members. Sponsored luncheon are coordinated with the FSA and include marketing and social media.
Are there advertising opportunities?
Yes, advertising opportunities are available for placement on the FSA website in the form of banner and display ads, as well as the FSA Facebook and Twitter pages.
What is included in the Members Only Section of the Website?
This section available to members-only is filled with a complete contact list, as well as a number of other helpful resources including: a job posting board, FSA forum and more!
