“Reunited and it felt so good!”
We returned to Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo for the 4th time on September 27th and experienced an astonishing FSA event. This year ISPA leaders were in the house, partners that powered our education sessions.
The day started with momentous insights and solutions on “Hot Spa Topics” that spas have been confronted with running their spa operations. This morning session was presented by Patrick Huey, Vice President of Spa and Retail at Montage International and ISPA Board Chair.
We moved onto an innovative vendor showcase, featuring essential new products and ground-breaking equipment and devices that cater to the needs of spas. Spa Leaders networked with FSA Vendors and relished pampering spa treatments. Many lucky spa winners won superb raffle prizes which were gifted by vendors!
An interactive and candid town hall discussion was led by FSA President Charlotte Prescott and Suzanne Holbrook, FSA Senior Advisor along with ISPA Board Members, Kelleye Martin and Todd Shaw. The town hall discussion was moderated by Patrick Huey. A very engaged exchange took place as spa leaders addressed touchpoints on current spa concerns.
The event concluded with an intermingling and entertaining cocktail reception held in the Ocean Reef Club “Town Hall”.
We were very enthusiastic and passionate to provide a pivotal and inspirational conference for our spa community with a positive perspective for our spas outlook into future!
A big shout-out to and Thank You to Lynne McNees, Patrick Huey and the ISPA Board Members for their collaboration in providing two (2) dynamic education sessions that made our event so special along with much gratitude to our extraordinary Vendor Partners for their continued support & participation at our FSA “Connect & Inspire” event!
