Who is clean republic?

Clean Republic is a company determined to discover safer, better-for-you alternatives to toxic chemical cleaning solutions on the market that are putting both human health and the environment at risk. In 2018, the Clean Republic team uncovered Hypochlorous Acid (HOC1), an alternative technology to replace the dangerous quaternary ammonium found in traditional cleaners, HOC1 is the infection-fighting compound found in the human white blood cells. Clean republic harnesses the power of HOC1 outside of the human body by running saltwater through an electrolysis process to change the molecular structure of salt and water. Through testing, it was determined that Clean Republic’s HOC1 solution was 80-100times more powerful than bleach at killing bacteria and viruses.
Clean Republic HOCl works in three ways. As a cleaner, it can be used as often as needed to put an end to the spread of pathogens. As a sanitizer, HOCl can be used to lower pathogen pressure to what is considered to be a safe level per EPA and CDC standards. And as a disinfectant, it can be used to destroy superbugs such as MRSA, H1N1, Salmonella, Rhinovirus, Norovirus, and has been EPA approved to kill the Covid-19 virus in 60 seconds on hard, nonporous surfaces. In addition, it has a Category IV toxicity rating per EPA standards, the same rating the EPA gives to water, placing it among the least dangerous of all disinfectants. It relies only on pure chemistry for shelf stabilization.
