Jackie Tamminga, National Director of Sales and Revenue at Exhales Spas, Exhale Enterprises.
January 1st, 2021 Jackie received a call from a longtime friend and businessman. They both have been in the health, fitness and wellness industry 30 plus years. Jackie was semi-retired when receiving the call asking her if she was ready to go back to work and that she would be running sales and revenue for many spas!
Jackie began her career at just 17 years old, selling memberships in fitness centers to get a free membership and teach classes. The love never faded. After graduating from the University of Louisville, with a degree in Exercise Science, she opened her first location in Frankfort, Ky. Body Perfect by Jackie and Co. then growing into more locations as the owner of Powerhouse gyms. After selling Powerhouse gyms, she went to work in corporate sales and fitness management for Urban Active. Jackie at that point moved on to open Tammcor Fitness with her husband Keith of 18 years. They successfully ran two businesses together however then decided to retire and move to South Florida.
Jackie accepted her position as National Director of Sales & Revenue at Exhale Spa, operating out of Miami and is enthusiastic and optimistic about the boundless potential for Exhale Spas. Exhale Enterprises began in 2001 with facilities located across the United States and Bermuda. The brand has become very successful with their Barre and Yoga classes as well as their 5-star award winning therapies. Jackie’s passion drives her excitement in this industry she knows best and loves.
Her former college cheerleading days make coaching and training staff fun. She has personally trained celebrities and traveled the world doing what she loves. Her passions are dancing, boating and being pampered!
