“Fall Back in Time”, the anti-aging themed event was the last FSA event of 2015 and what an event we had! The highly successful event held at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa began with a morning social offering of teas sponsored by Teavana and the ultimate yummy gourmet donuts provided by Peace, Love and Little Donuts. What a way to start the day! Guests enjoyed an exciting all day expo featuring over 20 innovative spa brands which took place within the tranquil setting of the Hyatt Stillwater Spa. Guests also experienced full service, 50 minute VIP spa treatments throughout the day.
The highlight of the event was an educational keynote presentation on “The Spectrum of Anti-Aging Enhancements” which ranged from organic skincare products to medical devices. Moderated by FSA president Suzanne Holbook, the feature was presented by industry experts including; Pam Neitzel, owner of the Naples Laser & Med Spa, Greg Kasparian, Corporate Director for Hydra Facial, Janna Ronert, CEO and Found of Image Skincare and Kara Pettis, South and Central Florida Regional Representative for Eminence Organic Skincare.
Guests participated in roundtables and think-tank’s in the afternoon, led by spa experts on a variety of topics such as “Balancing your Retail Brands”, “Holiday Retailing” and “Awkward Spa Moments” along with live demonstrations on injectables such as Disport, Botox and medical fillers. Our end-of-day “Battle of the Booze” beer Vs. martini tastings was a highly participated challenge! Exciting raffle prizes were announced and one lucky raffle winner won a free Botox treatment. The evening concluded with a group “Foot Soak” in the thermal pool which resulted in laughter and a great photo op.
