Fall for the Holidays was our theme for our last FSA event in 2014 and was held at the prominent Naples Bay Resort. This event provided our guests with an exciting expo featuring 17 innovative spa brands and demonstration tours offered to our guests to experience mini treatment experiences and education. This was followed by an extraordinary supporting and educating team of leading spa directors that presented an informative spa panel titled “Holiday Survival for Operations”. Panel speakers included Terry Prager, VP of ESPA, Maureen Vipperman, Corporate Director for OPL Properties, Linda Higgs, Spa Director of the Spa @ Shula’s, Jennifer Licciardi, Spa Director for Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa and Crystal Steere, Spa Director for the Naples Grande Beach Resort. The day included lunch, light snacks and cocktails and many gifts, products and raffles given to our guests.
